Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to physical products ordered from THRAYANSHIP. THRAYANSHIP ships goods to customers. Fulfilment may be carried out by THRAYANSHIP and/or fulfilment partners.

1. Where we ship

Shipping is domestic (within India), to the delivery address you supply at checkout.

Current service coverage, as shown on the Store, is: We currently ship across Kerala.

If an address cannot be served, we will contact you using the details on the order. We do not promise delivery everywhere in India unless that is clearly stated on the Store for your order.

2. Processing and dispatch

Orders are intended to be shipped within 7 days from order or payment, or according to the delivery or dispatch date communicated at checkout or in the order confirmation.

Dispatch can be delayed if address details are incomplete, payment is not completed, or a product cannot be fulfilled. We will notify you if we cannot ship as expected.

3. Delivery

Delivery depends on the courier or postal service. Once handed to the courier, transit time is outside THRAYANSHIP’s direct control, though we will help with reasonable tracking or support requests.

Delivery is made to the address supplied by the customer. Please ensure the address, pincode, and phone number are correct.

4. Shipping charges

Any shipping charges shown at checkout apply to that order. Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Cancellations after an order has entered shipping or is out for delivery may not be possible. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
