Terms of service

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the THRAYANSHIP online store at https://thrayanship.in/ and the related Shopify checkout (together, the “Store”).

THRAYANSHIP is an Indian e-commerce store operated as an individual / sole proprietorship by Suraj K S. It is not described in these Terms as a company incorporated under the Companies Act unless you are separately notified of a change in legal structure.

By browsing the Store, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Return & Exchange Policy, and Shipping Policy.

1. About the Store

THRAYANSHIP sells physical products online. Orders are processed through Shopify. Fulfilment may be carried out by THRAYANSHIP and/or third-party suppliers or fulfilment partners. We do not disclose supplier identities unless required by law or needed to complete your order.

The Store is a website. These Terms do not describe a THRAYANSHIP mobile application, marketplace for third-party sellers, lending, or reward programmes, unless those features are clearly offered on the Store at the time you use them.

2. Eligibility

You should be legally capable of entering into a contract under applicable Indian law to place an order. If you use the Store on behalf of someone else, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

3. Accounts

If you create a customer account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity on the account. Tell us promptly if you believe the account has been misused.

4. Products, pricing, and descriptions

Products, prices, and availability may change. Prices are shown in the Store currency (currently Indian Rupees unless a different market is selected). We try to describe products accurately; photographs and descriptions are for illustration. Minor variations can occur.

Certain products or categories may be excluded from return or refund. Where that applies, it should be disclosed at or before purchase (for example on the product page or at checkout).

5. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may accept, refuse, or cancel an order (for example due to stock, pricing error, suspected fraud, or inability to fulfil). If we cancel after payment, we will arrange a refund of the amount paid for that cancelled order in line with the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the payment provider’s timelines.

6. Payment

Payment is processed by Shopify and/or payment service providers enabled on the Store (which may include PhonePe, where that option is offered). THRAYANSHIP does not store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or similar payment credentials. Those details are handled by the payment provider and Shopify’s payment infrastructure as applicable.

7. Shipping and delivery

Delivery is described in the Shipping Policy. You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Risk and practical delivery depend on the courier or postal service used.

8. Cancellations, refunds, and returns

Cancellation, refund, and return rules are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Return & Exchange Policy. Those documents form part of these Terms.

9. Your responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the Store, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or harmful content, or use the Store in a way that infringes others’ rights.

10. Intellectual property

Store content (including text, branding, layout, and images, except where owned by others) is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy or reuse it except as allowed by law or with prior written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Indian consumer law, THRAYANSHIP is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control (including courier disruption, network outages, or supplier delay). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for proven deficiency of service or goods where consumer law so requires.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection rights, disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Store applies to new orders placed after the update.
